VIDEO: Making The Most Of Your Supplies

Let’s face it, there is no shortage of fantastic Holiday and Christmas supplies out there. But, sometimes we need to stretch those crafty dollars. No shame, shop your stash! You might find that there are a lot of good staple products in your stash that can be utilized for the holidays. With the right color palette, a little faux snow or glitter, and the right sentiment, almost anything can look festive.

For today’s card, I used several “everyday” supplies to just that, and I LOVE how it turned it. The stars of the show today are our Blue Bird and Spring Florals dies. Looks pretty darn festive to me! Now this card is pretty involved and I’ve put together a video for you going over everything. So if you like this style and want to find out some of the tips and tricks for recreating it, be sure to watch.

I really think it’s all of the little details that make this card so special, and I sure didn’t hold back. I’ve shared the products and how to achieve lots of my favorite finishing touches in the video.

I did use our Poinsettia Bouquets stamp set to create a very loose subtle background, but you could easily get away with using any floral image. However, it is a gorgeous set and a great one to have on hand. You can see it in more detail here, if you missed it.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope that you enjoyed today’s card! As usual, you can find all of the featured supplies below.
