Layered Ink Blended Landscape

I was having so much fun with the technique featured in my last post, I just couldn’t stop. Some one had mentioned that it reminded them of a Georgia O’Keeffe landscape, so I ran with it! And it was kind of perfect since the stencil that I was using is a landscape building stencil set. I used pretty much the exact same technique, so be sure to check out the post for the video if you missed it.

This also happens to be my very first full slim-line card! I specifically chose this size so I could have as much real estate as possible. I was going for water, rolling hills of grass, trees/forrest, and mountains, topped off with a glorious sunset! Looking at it, it had such a serene and peaceful, almost hopeful vibe to me. I felt like the Honey Bee Stamps Praying Big Time stamp and die would be the perfect sentiment for it.

I hope you enjoyed this little bonus card. As always, thanks for stopping by!

I love the technique you used for the cards in this post and the previous post! Great backgrounds! I must try this and hope I get the same great results.
