A Garden of Thanks
Hello everyone, Joni here with a garden inspired “Thank You” card featuring the new My Whole Life stamps and die and the Ironworks Background Die. These are super versatile products that are so fun on their own, but even more so when used together.
To begin, I softly ink blended the edges of a white cardstock panel with blue ink. I die-cut the Ironworks Background Die from deep green cardstock. This die reminds me of a wrought iron fence, the kind you might find around an old garden. I think the intense green paired with the light blue helps add to the earthy garden vibe. A perfect backdrop for a few vibrant coral flowers!
I stamped the outline images of the flowers and leaves from My Whole Life on white cardstock and colored the images with Copic Markers. I used the My Whole Life Die to cut out the images.
I heat embossed “thank you” – from the Welcome Wreath stamp set – in white on the center solid circle of my background. I love that there is a solid area built into this background, no extra layers needed. The de-bossed detail around the edge of the circle is such an elegant and simple touch.
I arranged the the florals around the edge of the circle and added a few sequins to finish off the card. I just love the vibrant color palette on this one. What do you think? Does it make you think of a lush garden on a summer’s day?
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you are having a great day!

Joni, your card is so pretty! At first glance I thought of a iron gate decor with a few flowers, which is what you intended. I’m a stamper and not at all proficient with Copics, but then there’s always my stash! Beautiful work! 😊
